(September 18, 2020) - A lot was up for grabs during Friday night’s season finale at River Cities Speedway as the Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprint Car and River Cities Speedway Sprint Car titles were on the line, as well as a hefty bounty if a driver could beat Austin Pierce, who was on a three-race win streak. GRAND FORKS, N.D. (September 16, 2020) – The Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprints had 21 cars for 30-laps in the sixth annual Buffalo Wild Wings Blazin’ Challenge. Six qualified drivers took their shot at starting at the back of the field for bonus money. An extra $2,900 was up for grabs if either Jade Hastings or Jordan Adams could win from the back row. GRAND FORKS, N.D. (September 8, 2020) - If you were a Sprint Car fan on Friday night at River Cities Speedway, you got your money's worth. A total of 49 Sprint Cars were on hand between the 30 Northern & Western Renegade Non-Wing Sprints and 19 Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA 410 Sprints.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (August 28, 2020) - Twenty-one Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprints were led to the green flag by Brendan Mullen and Chris Ranten for the 25-lap main event. After a thrilling battle between the front row starters, Ranten took the lead and checked out from the rest of the field. A caution on lap five bunched the field back up. GRAND FORKS, N.D. (August 7, 2020) – Tim Estenson and Jordan Graham led the Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprint cars to green with a 17-car field. Graham inherited the early lead out of turn one, but was being stalked by Jade Hastings. An early race caution flew and lined the cars side-by-side lining Hastings up to the outside of Graham. Again Graham shot to the lead, but was pestered by Hastings on the high side. By Mike Spieker
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (July 28, 2020) – The Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprints were 17 cars strong for their 25-lap main event on Friday night at River Cities Speedway. Things got off to a rocky start as NOSA rookie Zach Omdahl got upside down on the opening lap. Omdahl was okay and a complete restart followed the red flag. GRAND FORKS, N.D. (July 18, 2020) – Austin Pierce won his fourth feature of the 2020 campaign at River Cities, while Jade Hastings scored his second win of the season at the Devils Lake Speedway near Crary, ND.
On Friday night, Pierce started the evening winning the RZS Enterprises quick time award, then went on to finish third after starting sixth in his heat, scoring enough passing points to make the feature redraw. Pierce redrew the pole for the main event, with Jade Hastings redrawing the outside of the front row, setting up a showdown between the winners of four of the five features held at River Cities prior to that night’s contest. GRAND FORKS, N.D. (July 3, 2020) – Third-year NOSA driver Nick Ranten scored his first career victory on Friday night at River Cities Speedway. Ranten became the 60th different winner with the NOSA Sprints on what was the series’ 650th event since its inception in 1994. |
